Orthodontist Dr. Robert Miller began practicing in Culpeper after serving in the Air Force as an Orthodontic dental officer. He served as the consultant to the Surgeon General of the Pacific Air forces from 1985-1988. In 1992, Dr. Miller became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This achievment indicates that he has successfully presented treated cases to peer orthodontists, deeming him "board certified", an accomplishment attained by one-fourth of all orthodontists. www.americanboardortho.com
